Identifying Golden Teacher
GT fungi have a distinct appearance, with dense clusters of medium to large mushrooms. These fast-growing mushrooms can produce over 2–4 flushes.
- Cap: Large mushrooms with golden-brown caps, wider than their stems, and have a small bump in the center. As they mature, they flatten and turn caramel or honey-coloured, reaching up to 10 cm (4 inches) wide.
